About Us

At Lux Squared Solutions we want to help you tell a story. With a combined 16 years of experience in data analytics, design, and user experience, we are here to help you craft insights from your data.

Hi, I’m Tara. As a data analyst for the better part of the last decade, I have spent hundreds of hours combing through spreadsheets and databases looking for needles in haystacks of numbers to provide actionable insights to enhance businesses. Those numbers, while compelling for others like me, are usually not captivating for the majority of clients I work with. After years of watching failed interpretations of data between analysts and everyone else, I started down a path to find a better way to communicate the numbers. In my experience, analysts can struggle to craft a story from the data, and most decision-makers aren’t interested in having to decipher codes while they sit through presentations. I want to be able to bridge this gap between the numbers gathered from analysts and the insightful stories that help decision-makers take action.

Hi, I’m Josue. I have been a UX product designer and design nerd for about ten years. I started my career as a graphic designer for print and digital media, but I eventually found my calling in UX design. For me, UX encapsulates everything I love doing: telling a story, figuring out the “why” to a problem, and designing something elegant and functional. I love designing tools and products that have a visible impact and help achieve user’s goals. That passion led me to obtaining my certification in Human-Centered Design through LUMA last year, which now enables me to craft compelling stories and identify areas of opportunity to empower businesses to establish a brand identity. I’m very passionate about what I do, and I firmly believe that my passions and abilities can help you achieve the vision you have set for your company.

And if you haven’t noticed by now, we also love wine, so if you don’t know where to start with your data or even what you need, let’s pour a glass and talk it over.
